“I became your faithful supporter after I realised that you have consistently been in the business of giving opportunity to grassroots talents, who do not have anyone to speak for them, and helping them grow in their career in line with the Dakkada philosophy of our Governor, Mr. Udom Emmanuel”.

“I am delighted to note that, that your policy has yielded good results with a good number of footballers at various NPFL clubs and some of those abroad being documented to have used Dakkada FC as springboard to their success”, he said.

Mr Edoho who was the Special Guest of Honour when Dakkada defeated Sunshine Stars by 2-1 in Uyo on matchday eight, pledged further support to the team and entreated them to work hard in order to wriggle themselves out of the ebb of the NPFL table.

“I hereby assure you of my continuous support at all times . God bless you all”, he added.

The gift items include twenty-five pieces of balls and other training equipment, various packs of bottled water, energy and malt drinks, among others.
