Daniel Amokachi’s son, Nazim, has dumped the ambition of playing in the Nigeria Premier Football League – NPFL for a new adventure in Zambia.
Nazim Amokachi has signed a two-year contract with NAPSA Stars, to end a short and quiet stint at NPFL side, Lobi Stars FC of Markudi.
Like his father Daniel Amokachi, Nazim is a striker and will try to follow his father’s footsteps by banging goals to hit International limelight.
To confirm his transfer, NAPSA Stars introduced Nazim Amokachi in a press statement, alongside Zambia striker Saith Sakala. Ponga Liwewe, the club’s CEO, confident both players will make big impact on and off the field of play.
“We believe that these two exceptional players will make a big impact on and off the field, contributing to our success in the upcoming season.” He said.
Nazim and his twin brother Kalim, have previously played in England, Besiktas U21 in Turkey, and JS Hercules in Finland as they attempt to follow in their father’s footsteps.
Nazim Amokachi is eligible to play for Nigeria, England and Tunisia at International level.
