Wydad Casablanca of Morocco on Friday morning announced their trip to Nigeria where they will take on Enyimba FC in a Africa Super League quater-final first leg clash.
Wydad Casablanca and Enyimba FC will lock horns on Sunday, October 22, 2023 at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo by 6pm.
Former African Champions Wydad announced their departure on the social media on Friday, October 20.
“United and Prepared for Our Journey to Nigeria,”the Red Castle wrote on their X handle.
The competition will kick-off on Friday (today) with Simba of Tanzania hosting Egypt’s Al Ahly at the Benjamin Nkapa Stadium in Dar es Salaam.
Mamelodi Sundowns of South Africa will take on Petro Athletico of Angola, while Esperance of Tunisia will do battle with Congo Democratic Republic side TP Mazembe
