Akwa United teenage sensation, Sani Suleiman, has been nominated for two prestigious awards at the League Bloggers Awards (LBA).

The 17-year-old winger has been shortlisted for the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) Player of the Season and Rookie of the Season awards.

Suleiman’s impressive performances in the second half of the season, where he scored 11 goals in 19 appearances, have earned him a place among the top contenders for the Player of the Season award. He faces stiff competition from Enyimba’s Chijioke Mbaoma and Remo Stars’ Sodiq Ismail.
