Nigeria striker Aniekpeno Udoh scored his 13th and final goal of the season as KUPS fell to a Final day 3-2 defeat at TPS to Finish third on the Finland Veikkaslauliiga standings.
Udoh who started the encounter on the substitute bench made instant impact upon introduction in the 70th minute, scoring three minutes later to put KUPS 1-2 up before further strikes from Latonen and Pythia ensured TPS took all three points.
The Akwa Ibom-born forward recently penned a new contract with Kuopion Palloseura as reward for his superlative form since joining KUPS ahead of the 2019/2020 Season.
He has scored 13 goals in all competitions (7 in the league, 4 in the Europa League and 2 in Cup games).
Aniekpeno Udoh also finished the season as KUPS highest goalscorer in the Finnish League, and also ended the season strongly with injuries.
