French side LOSC Lille has completed a deal in principle to sign Nigerian rising star Adeshina Ibrahim Ayodele from Beyond Limits football academy.
Lille who finished fourth in the French top-flight league last season completed the deal as announced by Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano.
The details of the deal are not revealed but it is understood to be a permanent deal for the teenager.
Ayodele was part of the Beyond Limits side that were champions of the 2023/2024 Nigeria Nationwide League (NNL).
Beyond Limits defeated Nassarawa United 5-2 on penalties to be crowned NNL Champions and consequently earn a place in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
As reported, several Dutch clubs including Anderlecht wanted to sign Ayodele but the 18-year-old decided to join Lille.
