Fidelis Ilechukwu was awarded the NPFL coach of the season award and he has dedicated the award to the fans. The talented head coach of Rangers International, said the honor would not have been feasible without the teeming fans of the Enugu -based team, management, and players.
Ilechukwu led Rangers to their eighth NPFL title last season, earning him the prestigious award and a cash prize of N1 million from the NPFL.

Ilechukwu acknowledged that the award is a testament to the collective effort of everyone involved and a call to achieve even more success in the upcoming season. Rangers are currently preparing for their CAF Champions League preliminary round tie against US Zilimadjou of Comoros, and Ilechukwu is determined to lead his team to victory.
