Manchester United legend, Ryan Giggs and the Football Association of Wales have mutually agreed the manager will not be involved in the coming international camp over an alleged incident.
Tuesday’s welsh press conference was postponed following allegations against Giggs with the squad due to be announced for their games against the United States, Republic of Ireland and Finland.
It comes after police were called to an address in Greater Manchester on Sunday following reports of a “disturbance”.
A police statement read: “A Woman in her 30’s sustained minor injuries but did not require any treatment.
“A 46-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of section 47 assault and section 39 common assault. He has since been bailed pending further enquiries. Enquiries ongoing.”
Robert Page will take temporary charge for the matches and will be supported by Albert Stuivenberg. The squad will now be revealed on November 5.
