Morrocan footballer Achraf Hakimi is subject of investigation by Prosecutors over allegations of sexual assault leveled against him by a 23-year old lady in France.
According to Les Parisiens, a lady made entry with the Police, alleging the PSG star forcefully kissed, lifted her clothes and thrusted her fingers into her private part.
According to the lady, she has has been having chats with Hakimi since January 16, 2023 on Instagram.
On February 25, she visited Hakimi who ordered an Uber that drove her to his home in Boulogne, France.
In her testimony as reported by Les Parisiens, the lady claimed that Hakimi kissed her on the mouth, lifted up her clothes, and kissed her breasts and digital penetration with his fingers despite her protests.
She however rejected the option of pressing charges against the Moroccan who shone bright at the 2922 FIFA World Cup in Qatar to help the North Africans to 4th-place.
Because cases of sexual assault are given premium attention, prosecutors have opened investigation into the incident.
Hakimi is currently sidelined with a hamstring Injury but could be set for a long legal battle like similar cases with women involving footballers, Benjamin Mendy and most recently Dani Alves.
