Heartland defender Jide Williams joins Kwara Utd

Kwara United have announced the signing of Jide Williams from Heartland Football Club ahead of the 2020/2021 Nigeria Professional Football League season.

Williams joined Heartland last season from Nassarawa United, and will now play for Coach Abdullahi Bifo’s team.

However, the club are yet to make public the duration of his contract with the Harmony boys.

Kara United struggled last season in the NPFL and are strengthening their squad ahead of the next season.

Jide Williams becomes the club’s sixth signing of the summer, following the arrival of goalkeeper Dele Aiyenugba, Jide Fatokun, Nosiru Afeez, Michael Ohanu and Kabiru Adewole Adeniji.

Kwara United finished 19th on the log last season after twenty five round of matches.
