How is the COVID-19 pandemic in Hungary?
It all started out mild and then got wild but like I advised to take the rules serious and look out for each other. Everything is almost back to normal here.
Was there any lockdown in Hungary?
Sure there was lockdown for almost 3 months.
Are you worried about the growing number of cases back home in Nigeria?
It’s unfortunate and at this point we can only stick together and take care of each other by taking the COVID preventive measures seriously and together we will get over it.
You won the Hungarian Cup few days ago with Budapest Honved and celebrated the victory with your newly born baby?
Yes, it was great winning a title again in Hungary. That was his (baby) first match which and it came with a win and trophy, so it’s huge and I hope for many more.
A fan asked if you keep tabs on happenings in the Nigerian Professional Football League and which team is your Favorite?
My favourite team is Akwa United, I check the scores quite often and also Dakkada FC is doing well.
You joined MTK Budapest in 2012, 8 years already in Hungary, you must be a club legend?
I moved to MTK Budapest in the 2018 season and then came back now to Budapest Honved on loan, so after this season I’m going back to MTK Budapest.
How many titles have you won in Hungary?
1 Hungarian League Title and 1 Cup.
Any future plans for sports development back home?
For now I’m focusing on my footballing career after that we will see
