Premier League champions, Liverpool are interested in signing Norwich City’s left-back Jamal Lewis as they look to bring in cover for Andy Robertson.
There have been no bid or formal approach from the Premier League champions at this stage, but the club would certainly look to do business at around the £10m mark.
However, Norwich City is not contemplating selling Jamal Lewis as his three-year contract with the championship side runs till 2023.
A player plus cash could be a possibility as Norwich are understood to be interested in young left-back Yasser Larouci, who Liverpool have already made available this summer.
Any potential deal for Jamal Lewis is very much dependent on the player’s wishes given he is used to playing regular first team football.
The 22-year-old made 28 Premier League appearances for Norwich City last season.
