The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is preparing for a historic President Federation Cup final in Abuja on June 29.
As part of the preparation, the football house have just announced guidelines for media accreditation for the historic finals, the first-ever to be played in the nations capital, Abuja.
A message from the NFF Communication department read thus: “This is to respectfully call on Editors/Managers of the nation’s sporting media to send in requests for media accreditation for the President Federation Cup 2024 Grand Finale taking place at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos on Saturday, 29th June 2024.
The Women’s Final, between Naija Ratels FC of Abuja and Rivers Angel FC of Port Harcourt, will kick off at 13:00hrs while the Men’s final, between El-Kanemi Warriors of Maiduguri and Abia Warriors of Umuahia, will commence at 16:00hrs.
Please be informed that in consideration of the size of the Media Gallery at the venue, no media organization shall be accorded more than one slot for Press and Photo –Journalist.
Media organizations are to send in their request to this email (ademola.olajire68@gmail.com) between 16:00hrs on Tuesday, 25th June 2024 and 16:00hrs on Thursday, 27th June 2024. No request will be entertained after 16:00hrs on Thursday, 27th June 2024.
The accreditation cards will be issued at the Mobolaji Johnson Arena, Lagos as from 15:00hrs on Friday, 28th June 2024.
