Niger Tornadoes have bolstered their squad with the signing of seven new players ahead of the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) season.
The new recruits include Samuel Kizito and Ifeanyi Okechukwu from Sokoto United, Oshomo Olamilekan Tosin from Akwa United, Amoo Mumini from Heartland, Victor Awoji from Gombe United, Mohammed Sabiu Ibrahim from Mailantarki Care, and Uzochukwu Ezeobi from Doma United.
The Ikon Allah Boys, who narrowly avoided relegation last season, are gearing up for the new season with a revamped squad. The team will resume pre-season training on July 22, in preparation for the new NPFL season, which kicks off on August 31.

Other teams have also been busy in the transfer market, with Abdullahi joining NPFL champions Rangers, Ojo moving to Beninoise club ASVO FC, and El-Kanemi unveiling eight new signings. Sunshine Stars are also keen to keep their key players for the new season, while Finidi has started work at Rivers United.
