Osimhen scores 15th goal of the season as Galatasaray draw

Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen continued his impressive form, scoring his 15th goal of the season for Galatasaray in their 3-3 draw against Dynamo Kyiv in the Europa League at Rams Park.

Since his move to Galatasaray last summer, Osimhen has been a key figure for the team. Last week, he helped secure a 1-1 draw against Hatayspor.

Galatasaray took an early lead in the 6th minute through Davinson Sanchez, followed by Abdulkerim Bardakci doubling the advantage 15 minutes later. However, Dynamo Kyiv pulled one back just before halftime to make it 2-1.

In the second half, Osimhen extended Galatasaray’s lead with a coolly converted penalty in the 53rd minute, putting his side 3-1 ahead.

Despite his goal, the hosts couldn’t hold on to their advantage as Dynamo Kyiv made a late surge, with Andriy Yarmolenko scoring twice in the final 25 minutes to level the match at 3-3.

It was a frustrating result for Osimhen, who also registered eight shots on goal but missed several crucial opportunities during the game.

Osimhen has now scored 15 goals in 19 appearances this season, including 11 in the Süper Lig and 4 in the Europa League.
