Nigeria international Peter Olayinka was yesterday crowned champions of the 2019/2020 Czech Fortuna Liga with Slavia Prague.
The 24-year-old picked his second consecutive league title after Slavia Prague played goalless against Sparta Praha, accruing 85 points in 35 games including playing unbeaten during the Championship playoffs (4 wins 1 draw).
Peter Olayinka has played 29 matches scoring 6 goals with 5 assists, including a memorable UCL goal against a star-studded Inter Milan, a game Slavia picked just a point.

He last featured on the 8th of May 2020, when Sparta Praha visited on matchday 24, a game that ended goalless. He has been out of action due to fibula fracture injury.
The Ibadan-born forward has a contract till 2022 and will hope to return to action early as Slavia Prague gun for their seventh league title and will be involved in the UEFA Champions League qualifiers.
Meanwhile, fellow Nigerian, Ubong Ekpai’s Viktoria Plzen finished runners up and will also feature in UEFA Champions League qualifiers.
