Former Serie A champions Napoli are reportedly targeting Barcelona forward Vitor Roque as a potential addition to their squad this summer.
The Brazilian youngster, who joined Barcelona in January but has struggled for game time, has emerged as a top candidate for Napoli.
Napoli’s interest in Roque persists regardless of Victor Osimhen’s future with the club.
Osimhen, who had a less stellar season compared to his previous year has been linked with a move away from Napoli.
Clubs like Arsenal, Chelsea, and Paris Saint-Germain have shown interest in the Nigerian striker but no concrete offer has been made yet.

The situation remains uncertain whether Roque would serve as a backup to Osimhen if he stays or if Osimhen would be shifted to a supporting role pending a possible transfer.
Roque’s potential move to Napoli could provide him with more regular playing time, something he has struggled to secure at Barcelona under former manager Xavi Hernandez.
Roque’s agent publicly criticized Xavi for the limited opportunities given to the 20-year-old, who managed only two starts for Barcelona since his transfer from Athletico Paranaense. The prospect of more consistent game time at Napoli could tempt Roque to make the switch to the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium.
